Local information
Listings are maintained through StuartLocal editorial review and participating-organization updates. A listing is not an endorsement or guarantee.
Plans and estimates
Routes, schedules, travel times, and spending ranges are estimates. Confirm accessibility, safety, availability, and costs before acting.
Accounts
Keep credentials private and use the account lawfully. StuartLocal may limit or suspend access needed to protect members, the website, or other people.
Eligibility and children
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a StuartLocal account, submit reviews or messages, claim a business, or use any other member feature. Parent or guardian permission does not make anyone under 18 eligible, and there are no exceptions to this account-age requirement. By registering, you certify that you are 18 or older. StuartLocal may suspend or close an account if it reasonably believes the account holder is under 18 or the age certification was false. Member reviews
Reviews must describe a truthful, firsthand experience and may not contain private information, threats, impersonation, irrelevant promotion, or unlawful material. A business may dispute a review with an explanation and evidence. A dispute does not guarantee removal; StuartLocal records a neutral moderation decision.
Advertising and partners
Paid placements are labeled as sponsored or advertising. Advertisers remain responsible for their claims, offers, and destination pages. Partner status does not buy a favorable member review.
Third-party services and no professional advice
StuartLocal may link to businesses, organizers, employers, government services, maps, payment providers, and other third parties it does not control. Those providers are responsible for their own content, services, security, accessibility, terms, and privacy practices. StuartLocal is not an emergency service and does not provide medical, legal, financial, safety, employment, transportation, or other professional advice.
Assumption of risk

Corrections and rights concerns

Include enough information to identify the material and explain the concern. A report starts a review; it does not guarantee immediate removal when the information is lawful, accurate, or disputed.
Changes, severability, and governing law
StuartLocal may update these Terms and identify the current version above. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. Except where consumer law requires otherwise, Florida law governs these Terms and disputes will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Martin County, Florida.
